Once you have behaviour support funding in your plan, you can use your funding to get the NDIS supports you need, in line with your plan.
If you need help to use your funding, talk to your my NDIS contact, support coordinator or recovery coach.
They will work with you to put in place your behaviour support plan. This includes supporting you to find supports and providers and coordinating your supports in line with your behaviour support plan.

Your provider will need to make sure they or their workers have the current skills and knowledge to provide the supports you need.
You should speak directly with your provider if you’re concerned about the quality or safety of the supports you receive from them.
If you’re still not satisfied with the quality of the supports you’re receiving, you can lodge a complaint through the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission .

If your situation changes, and your NDIS plan no longer meets your needs you can ask for a change to your NDIS plan. We’ll talk to you about your situation and behaviour support needs, including what has changed.
This may include any changes needed to meet your needs and behaviour support plan recommendations.
