Home and living supports
Home modifications are changes to your home that help you manage your disability. These changes can be minor or more complex.
They can help you safely access or move around your home. They can also help make daily tasks easier.
Note: When we say disability support needs, we mean supports you need for the impairments that meet the disability or early intervention requirements, or both.
